Sunday in the Park with George
“Artists are so crazy!”
Sunday in the Park with George is a classic Sondehiem show, a great example of the subject of the story aligning with the complexity of his musical style. The director chose to use a minimal set and instead portray the world with a projector, which allowed for the artwork the musical is inspired by to be displayed. It was a very exciting show to be a part of as my first big musical since high school, especially with the complex soprano vocal parts really bringing back into motion.
