Little Women

Little Women is a wonderful female led show, and this production was my first time learning alternate parts as well. In a regular run of the show I played Clarissa, Jo’s story character, who appears in the openings of each act in “An Operatic Tragedy” and “The Weekly Volcano Press'', a very exciting role that really leaned into the melodrama. I did not need to go on for Jo and Meg during the performances but I nonetheless learnt all their songs and staging throughout the show. For any musical I am in, I like to create run sheets that break down the show that allow me to learn parts quickly, which is perfect for this particular challenge. I also helped source set pieces for this production and helped as a stagehand during the performances in periods of downtime.
